I bought an atrium door eight years ago. I thought I'd try Champion since the concept sounded great. That is, they manufacture, install, and service their products, therefore no finger-pointing if problems develop. Knowing there was a possibility I'd need replacement windows and doors down the road, this would serve as a test of the company. I'd previously replaced my front entry door and sidelights with a ThermaTru door and that was the biggest mistake ever. It's a long story, but there was a long stream of finger-pointing when the door... Read more

Bought house with a Champion Windows Sun Room . Warranty is not covered because I'm a new home owner. Don't stand behind Windows or screens .Have to pay Warranty of $175.00 a year. Then for parts. The worst warranty I have ever come in contact . I would advise anyone not to use this company. After sell you are on your own. Name of company has a big name. But, service forget it. There are other companies in area you may want to try. A little hard to get in contact with them. But, now I'm having to write 100 words . But, just don't get this... Read more

Champion Window knocked off my liscense plate and it popped off their cab corner molding. No structural damage to either vehicles but they're claiming injury have contacted and attorney to sue me. Add comment

We just replaced every window (27 of them including some arches and eyebrows) as just one part of a whole-whole renovation . We signed the contract in mid February with an estimated 6-8 week lead. Four weeks later, they called to tell us they had most of the windows in (all except the shaped ones) and asked if we wanted to get started. We told them "no" since flooring contractors were starting the following week and didn't want two trades working in each other's way; they had no problem waiting. Flooring took a little over a week. As... Read more

I had my initial home quote 10/31/15. I ordered 14 windows, it took till January 30 for installation . Out of the 14 windows 13 were completely wrong. They reordered and replaced them but to this day the bathroom window was not reordered in the correct size and i am still waiting. Does anyone have an email or phone number to the CEO Todd Dickson i believe he is the current one? Read more

We purchased Champion Windows for our house approximately 10 years ago. One of the reasons we chose Champion was for the warranty. When it came time to make a warranty claim for 3 defective windows, they were more than happy to order new ones and replace them. They never, ever mentioned there would be a $99 trip charge. It was not until the windows were installed and they asked for money. I will admit the warranty states this, however, I feel it was wrong to not mention this during the phone call to schedule the appointment or during the... Read more

This is the worst company I've dealt with in the Pittsburgh area. We needed urgent repair/replacement of our gutters and were very clear about that with the salesman. Salesman said the work would be done in 4-6 weeks but he would ensure it was a "priority order." After 4 weeks I began calling to figure out when the work might be done. It took me several weeks of calling to be able to talk to the one person in the office that had any knowledge of the installation schedule. It took so long to find someone helpful that we considered calling the... Read more

About two years ago, we had Champion Windows come out to our house and give us a quote. The sales representative at the time (Rocky) was super nice, helpful, and dedicated. We ended up doing three seperate contracts for about 10 windows each. The total for this job was about $25,000. All seemed to be moving along as planned. We signed the seperate contracts. Once they completed work on this job we immediately noticed problems in both workmanship and lack of communication. First things like appearance of replaced trim pieces were noticeably... Read more

We bought 9 Champion windows for our upstairs to the tune of $4983.00 in 2004. As the years have gone by we have had seal failure on many, if not all of them. Their responsiveness to support the Lifetime warranty has gradually gotten worse with each replacement for seal failure. Service has been out here twice in the last 12 years by my records, to replace failed windows. Now the local office is closed and the closest location to handle warranty work is almost 200 miles away. So far this (the 3rd) time I called they sent someone to verify and... Read more
