Champion Windows in Omaha-High Pressure Sales Tactics, Do Not USE!
We had champion windows come out to give us an estimate. The sales lady, Amy, came out and instead of giving us a price and talking about our project, first thing she wanted to do was know who else we were having come out to bid the project.
All she wanted to do was bash the competition, which really didn't sit right with me, as I don't think Home Depot bashes Lowe's, they deal with each other and know that they have different customers. After 30 minutes of her bashing, I couldn't take it anymore and just wanted a price. After her OUTRAGEOUS quote- 6 windows for $12,000!!!! all she wanted to do then was close the deal right then and there.
Once I said, I need to think about it she proceeded to go back into bashing the other competition, "in case I was thinking of getting a different price" per her words. She then dropped the price by $3000, if and only if I sign right then and there.
Seems a little too sketchy to me, and made me wonder, how many people they have screwed over if they signed right then and there. My advice, stay away from this company, their reviews of the product are not good and obviously they are desperate for sales.
