These guys promised to fabricate and install 64 windows in our house 4-8 weeks after we signed our $58,000 contract, and even wrote on it that they would rush the order to get it to the lower end. They completely missed that timeframe, with no end in sight.

Despite multiple requests, and having cashed a down payment for $27,500, these guys have not provided nor installed a single window months after signing a contract, and will not tell us when they will actually do so. They refuse to provide us with any relief or to give us a firm date as to when they plan to show up. They have flat out lied about the cause of their delays several times.

And Paul Bonow, their Division Manager/Managing Partner (his title changes from email to email) informed us that they interpret their contract as providing only an estimated timeline that they can completely disregard despite a multitude of assurances of timely performance by their salespeople. So as it turns out, we may not see our windows for years

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $58000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Champion takes the feedback from our customers very seriously and we are proud of our long standing relationship in the communities that we conduct business. We are sorry to learn that this customer continues to seek various angles to discredit Champion and provide a disservice to the community through their false claims.

We are diligently working internally to resolve the issues that this customer has publicized and we maintain a very different stance on the issues that have been presented in their complaint and through the other actions they have taken. We are committed to fulfilling the contract that was entered into with this customer, despite the numerous obstacles they have placed in front of us

This response from Champion is the biggest joke to date. Not only did they misrepresent how long it would take to install the windows, but when we let them in to start installing windows (late and while in breach of their contract), THEY INSTALLED WINDOWS THAT WERE NOT WHAT WE ORDERED AND THEY CLAIMED THAT WE HAD CONTRACTED FOR FEWER WINDOWS THAN WE ACTUALLY DID!

And to add insult to injury, these guys had the audacity to put up advertising signs on our front and side lawns that they were NOT permitted to put up to try to garner additional business in our neighborhood.

As for their "customer service" - we have repeatedly been told that if we don't let them continue to install what are fewer windows than we ordered and that are not configured as we had discussed and agreed upon with their salesperson, on dates that don't work for us, they will sue us. BUYER BEWARE - THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!!
